Introduction: the analysis of the increase of affiliate demonstrates its result in the coverage of the operating room of Hospital Carlos Andrade Marin in the years 2011, 2012, 2013. The objective of this study is to perform a statistical analysis of the coverage of the operating room of Carlos Andrade Marin Hospital during 2011, 2012, 2013, to enable future projections to provide a better quality of care of our patients. Materials and methods: this is a descriptive observational study, we analyze 51439 surgeries performed in the operating room Hospital Carlos Andrade Marin during the period 2011, 2012 and 2013. Conclusions: we can conclude that the increase of coverage of affiliates, is reflected in the operating room production of our hospital, during this three years of investigation, occupying the first four posts: General Surgery, Traumatology, Urology and Plastic Surgery.
