In the time period between October 2009 and December 2012, 2942 new cases of cáncer in all producís in the Oncology and Radiotherapy Carlos Andrade Marín Hospital. O f these new cases, 19.5% corresponded to approximately type breast malignancy (n = 575). In these cases, then a descriptive study of demographic characteristics, ffequency stages in terms of presentation and comparison between these two variables.
