The most common laboratory disorders were hyperleukocytosis, anemia and thrombocytopenia. In 37,50% (69; 184) of cases, a normal karyotype was determined, the most frequent numerical alteration was hypoploidy. The most constant complication during induction were infections; the microorganism found in more than 80,00% of the cultures were bacteria. CONCLUSION.
