INTRODUCTION. Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome is a disease that combines capillary malformation, venous malformation and overgrowth of the extremities and soft tissues; there are case reports with no defined guidelines for management. The clinical presentation is variable and ranges from minimal asymptomatic disease to life-threatening hemorrhage and embolism. OBJECTIVE. To report cases of Klippel Trenaunay Syndrome, and their corresponding clinical or surgical management. CASE. A 47-year-old male patient admitted for varicorrhage + superficial venous thrombosis underwent clinical treatment of pathology by means of elastic bandage, pain control and sclerotherapy, achieving control of discomfort and preventing new hemorrhagic and thrombotic events in the lower limbs. CONCLUSIONS. There are no formally defined diagnostic and therapeutic criteria described. Symptomatic treatment is used to improve the quality of life of patients, and strict follow-up.
